AIGA Wisconsin Adds Events

The Wisconsin Chapter of the AIGA is having a series of portfolio review dates coming up. Design Students are invited to participate.
Here’s some info from Professor Motto, who is also the Education Co-director with AIGA:
Cost is $30 members/ $40 non-members:

March 31 Portfolio Workshop

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Designers and creatives will teach you how to create the perfect physical or digital portfolio!
There is nothing more important to your career than presenting your work in a professional, attractive and accessible way.

April 19  Agency Tour
Laughlin Constable
6:00 PM

Get a taste of your future. Join us downtown Milwaukee at Laughlin Constable and see what agency life is all about.
Get a tour of their unique space and get the answers to the burning questions about life as a professional designer.

April 21  Portfolio Review
UWM School of Continuing Education
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Meet with design professionals one-on-one and get feedback on your portfolio. This will be the beta test for your portfolio and your interview skills.

Design professionals will meet with you individually and assess your portfolio, letting you know pieces that work and the pieces that need work!

You can meet with up to 8 professionals on this day.
